Delivery for Closures and Wigs

These products are usually shipped out in 2-6 weeks after your confirmation email has been sent out. All dispatched items have an online tracking facility so you can monitor your package's progress from the minute we send it off to the moment it arrives at your front door.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, stated delivery times are made on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

Delivery for other Products including Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are usually sent out next day guaranteed delivery when ordered within the UK before 2pm GMT. All international orders will arrive within 5-7 working days via standard delivery. Express delivery will arrive in 2 working days. All international orders are provided with an online trackable service. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, stated delivery times are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

Returns Policy

Hair So Rare Ltd prides itself on the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions, clsures and wigs. All our hair products are sourced directly from their country of origin and are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium quality requirements of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. However, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut. All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. In the specific case of closures or wigs, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In cases where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
